On April 14th, 2008, the Radio Spectrum Committee (RSC) published the Chairman’s summary report from the 23rd RSC meeting, held in Brussels on April 2nd and 3rd, 2008.

The debate dealt, inter alia, with the following topics:

• Harmonisation of 2500-2690 MHz frequency band;
  
• Harmonisation of 3400-3800 MHz frequency band;
  
• Digital dividend (DD);
  
• Ultra Wide Band (UWB);
  
• COCOM opinion on WAPECS;
  
• Implementation of the Frequency Information System (EFIS);
  
• RSC Work Programme 2008;
